Rick Ross feat. Future — “Green Gucci Suit”
Rick Ross and Future are a couple of Gs on “Green Gucci Suit.” The dynamic duo jump on a booming instrumental for the latest single from Rozay’s album.
Renzel Ravioli gloats all over this cut. “I want to touch the sky,” he raps. “Ain’t too many in the city that could roll with I.” Future adds boasts about his “green Gucci fur” and “green Gucci purse.”
Westside Gunn — Supreme Blientele
Westside Gunn pulls some inspiration from Ghostface Killah with Supreme Blientele. The album, also dubbed Chris Benoit, arrives via the buzz-worthy Griselda Records.
Several like-minded MCs lend voices to the release. Jadakiss, Conway, Busta Rhymes, Anderson .Paak, Elzhi, and Roc Marciano are among the guests, who appear alongside Gunn on the 17 cuts.
The LP was inspired by Ghostface’s Supreme Clientele, a classic album that came out in 2000. That project featured Raekwon, Method Man, Redman, Cappadonna, RZA, GZA, U-God, Masta Killa, and more. It also included the influential singles “Mighty Healthy,” “Apollo Kids,” and “Cherchez La Ghost.”
But the album has also been dubbed Chris Benoit, a nod to the late wrestler of the same name. In 2007, Benoit reportedly killed his wife and seven-year-old son before dying by suicide.

Freddie Gibbs — Freddie
Without too much warning, Freddie Gibbs unleashes his latest offering, Freddie. The project lands more than a year after 2017’s You Only Live 2wice.
“Are you ready for Freddie?” the Indiana rapper asked in a promo video that landed hours before the release. All of that led up to the surprise release.
But Gunn isn’t alone. The project also includes 03 Greedo, Cassie Jo Craig, and the rapper’s own daughter, Irie Jane Gibbs.
Freeway – Think Free
Freeway’s back! Two years after dropping Free Will, the Roc Nation artist unleashes a new 13-song album full of famous faces and introspective lyrics.
“We struggle, we look to Allah to guide us,” the Philly MC raps on the “Intro.” “But we constantly letting bullshit divide us.”
Freezer also opted to unite a few artists from different sides of hip-hop. Fat Joe, Faith Evans, Lil Wayne, Jadakiss, and Lil Uzi Vert all appear on the multi-layered LP.
Freeway, who’s been battling serious kidney issues for years, explained the new LP on Instagram. “The wait is over, it’s finally here,” he wrote. “Through all the trials and tribulations the ups and downs, I bring you my new LP Think Free>/i>. If you want to be free you must think Free first!”
Peter Cottontail — “Forever Always”
Producer Peter Cottontail taps some big names for his latest single, “Forever Always.” The brand new cut features Rex Orange County, Chance the Rapper, Daniel Caesar, Madison Ryann Ward, and Yebba.
The track obviously has The Social Experiment sound and feel, thanks to the melodic jazz instrumentation. Meanwhile, Peter, Chano, and the crew create a cut about what it takes to make love work.
