The 2nd suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing has been arrested by Boston authorities after a week long manhunt that resulted in the death of one of the perpetrators, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, whom was killed when he was shot by police and ran over by his younger  brother, Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19, when they were trying to flee police authorities in Boston after carjacking a victim.  Dzhokar was holed up in a section of Massachusetts called Watertown, where he fled after an altercation with police.  The officers in Boston found the younger Tsarnaev hiding under a covering for a boat in someone’s backyard.  He ultimately surrendered to police and officers say that the suspect is in serious condition.  For more information please go to CNN Dot Comhttp://news.blogs.cnn.com/2013/04/19/live-blog-police-action-in-boston/?hpt=hp_t1
