According to 6 ABC Dot Com, a shooting outside the tour bus of French Montana occurred last night while the tour bus was parked at his hotel in Penn’s Landing.  The rapper had just finished a performance at the TLA before getting to his hotel.  French Montana left Philadelphia police headquarters early Friday morning after he spent hours talking to homicide detectives. He addressed the shooting by saying, “Well, nobody was shooting at me, and my bus hasn’t been shot. It was outside my bus. I guess it was fans.” According to reports, a crowd of people were around the tour bus and an altercation broke out.  After, someone drove by the crowd and preceded to open fire into the crowd.  Two men were hit, a 26 year old, whom was shot in the stomach and a 28 year old was shot in the shoulder.  The 27 year old male was rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead.  According to police, a few people were taken into questioning including fans, bandmates and some of the rapper’s entourage.  Some of the people that were taken in custody for questioning had loaded semi-automatic handguns according to police reports.  The shooting remains under investigation. Last month, three people were killed and five injured in a shootout and crash on the Las Vegas strip.
